Regulatory Agency Approval

The manufacturing processes employed by the PSI integrated plant are all classified as “Light Industrial”. No toxic materials or processes are employed; most scrap produced by manufacturing will be recycled within the plant; all equipment within the plant or used in the field complies with all relevant US regulations.

The actual product sold by the PSI facility are homes and other types of concrete and steel buildings of various sizes and configurations. The “PSI Integrated Manufacturing & Construction System” produces these buildings from concrete and steel and must meet building codes which are relevant to the product and location. All of the components and buildings do meet and exceed all relevant International, U.S., and Florida building codes.
